As much as we would love to push through with the event this saturday (oct.3), the threat of tropical storm pepeng (parma) has constrained us to POSTPONE the scrapjam. the safety of the jammers and other participants is more important to us at this point. Announcement from SCRAPBOOKS HAWAII. On: October 1, 2009. As much as we would love to push through with the event this saturday (oct.3), the threat of tropical storm pepeng (parma) has constrained us to POSTPONE the scrapjam. the safety of the jammers and other participants is more important to us at this point. As it approached eastern samar, pepeng was tracked with maximum sustained winds of up to 130kph near its center and a gustiness of 160kph…and it’s course has not changed. Had a blast yesterday!
