Yes it is retired but I have yet to order my current fall favorites from Stampin' Up's 2014 Holiday Catalogue! I was inspired to make this card by one I found on Pinterest by Barb. I love the challenge of finding a beautiful card and recreating it with supplies I already have on hand. I wish you could see how glittery the pears are! After that I just stamped it on the card and voila!

The first is a gift I made for my friend Nicole to thank being such a generous person. Another one of those pincushions. I think I've made 5 now :). Here is a little something for my Secret sister at church. I found this itty bitty hand lotion tube for your purse and it has butterflies on it! I wish the lighting were better :(. I found the basic design idea for these cards here.

So it was my birthday yesterday and I am super lucky to have lovely friends who always spoil me. As part of a gift, one friend game me a group of Sharpies in some of my favorite colors! They were so bright and cheery that I had to create with them right away! I used them to make my own patterned paper for a card base. Super simple yet super effective! Please leave a comment!
