The quality is the same, if not a little better, and they have a wider range of flowers and craft items. Theyre also a lot cheaper and their deliveries are really quick. Scrap Happy Heather

Friday, July 29, 2011. What better way to beat the heat and shock the kiddos. . . than with a water balloon pinata free-for-all? I found that these balloons are quite heavy when full. Hanging the balloons with regular yarn didn't cut it. Also, the fuller the balloons, the easier they pop. These puppies didn't break without some SERIOUS whacking.
