A Little Bit of Heaven. Sunday, 20 April 2014. Tomato and Basil Soup. Tomato and Basil Soup. Two tins of chopped tomatoes, a good make will make the soup nicer. One large onion, roughly chopped. A good handful of basil leaves, chopped. Two vegetable stock cubes. A knob of butter.
