Sunday, May 9, 2010. Today was Mother's Day. It has been a very special day with lots of feelings and emotions. I got up about 7 this morning. Of course, I was the only one up. I made crock pot mac and cheese, slow cooked for almost 5 hours, pork chops on the grill (thanks Dan) salad smothered in yummy roma tomatoes and some corn. So we're sitting down to eat.
