Saturday, July 5, 2008. No more Zoom Zoom. The Miata was sold yesterday. it makes me sad. I was teary eyed watching tatto boy drive away in it. why? Because I have weird car attachment issues. The Miata and I went through much stress and turmoil so that I could prove to myself I could drive a stick even with my palsy. I'll give dh credit here. He challenged me. Thursday, June 21, 2007. Today, his sister is visiting. We haven't seen her since their parents funeral which was . six years ago I do believe. Sunday, January 4, 2009. Thoughts on a road trip. First, i had plenty of tunes to listen to, thanks to reloading the mp3 player in my phone (ipod what? About 200 songs, more than enough to get me from point a to point b. plus, i had 60 miles of this to look at:. Miles and miles of woods. no phone signal so no one to talk to. so my mind wanders. The ramblings of a wife, mom, teacher, daughter, and friend. Saturday, October 02, 2010. It's been a while. I really need to write something! He also took swimming lessons at the YMCA. Lenae was on the summer AquaPups swim team where she earned 16 ribbons for the season! We spent every Tuesday evening at a meet, and Wednesday evenings at the ball diamond. I closed the book and sobbed for half an hour.I'm in mourning because there won't be any more! I have had my favorite authors in the past, and I've fallen in love with characters before. But not to the point where I get dressed up and go at midnight to get a new book!

Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Dad has been promising me another Jeep ride for months. I have been looking forward to it every minute since he promised. This time we headed up on the hills that are above the Santa Ynez Valley and between Cachuma Lake and Santa Barbara. I edited this picture to make it look like the cover of an old Jeep magazine.
