Saturday, 2 January 2010. Happy New Year everyone! Well reflecting on my new years resolutions for last year, I didn't do very well on acheiving them! My New Years resolutions for last year were. 1 Do more layouts! Double the previous years! 2 Get upto date with my scrap projects. (Failed, I am even more behind! 3 Lose weight (Like I haven't said that before) (Ongoing, I've lost a stone but I need to lose loads more! 4 Eat healthier meals. (Ongoing, still eating too many bad ones too! 1 Do more layouts!

Monday, 29 March 2010. Yes, I can hear you all gasp! I have done a layout, I should have really been tidying/cleaning but instead I decided to play! I was struggling at first, it seems like most people I know have a style and looking through my scrapbooks, I can't see one and I want one! Anyway, here is what the result was,. Hmmm it probably looks better sideways! I can't get it to turn round! Well what do you think? I'm quite pleased with it in the end! Or is it more about my confidence in scrapping?

Monday, 14 March 2011. I've been to the Leeds Paper Dolls crop on Saturday and I managed one and a half layouts, not like my friend Jen who can knock out 5 or 6 in one day, but I get there in the end! Sunday, 6 December 2009. Since I haven't scrapped for ages, I've decided to sign up to Shimelle's Journal Your Christmas. This year. I did a similar thing last year but I did my own thing, so this year I decided to have a go at following Shimelle's prompts. Anyway, I have made the book and I have managed to complete my first page, but I am now behind with pages 2,3,4,5 and 6! I need to get cracking, I decided to blog about it to try to encourage me to get a move on! We put our tree up last night!

Sunday, 30 October 2011. Well it has been a while, and I am getting longer between posts, sorry! I haven't had the time to do any scrapbooking and I have been dying to get my stash out and play, and this Pinterest challenge. Got my creativity flowing again! I love Pinterest, and although my layout didn't quite go to plan, here is my entry. It's my first layout which I have done myself this size and I am very pleased with it, the question is, will I go back to 12x12? We will have to wait and see!

Saturday, 10 April 2010. What a fab Easter Weekend! WARNING - MARATHON BLOG AHEAD! Read on at your own risk! My sister, Roanne, Brother in law, David, and nephew, Jason travelled down from Cumbria for the weekend. We had a great time, we really enjoyed having them to stay and hopefully we haven't put them off coming again! Monday, 30 November 2009. Anyway I am sure everyone has seen it on the news, but it is weird watching your home town on TV! Well when we went up, we didn't see that much you could see the river Derwent was flooded, but we didn't go anywhere near to the affected areas and everything else looked like normal!
