Due to a great increase in general wholesale business, our new shop hours will be from 10am-5pm, Tues-Fri or by appointment. Sometimes late in the day we have to run deliveries, but in many cases we still may be available for shopping post-5pm. Roasted Butternut Squash and Gnocchi with Goat Gouda. This was a dinner whipped up in relatively short order, that seems a whole lot fancier. Simple enough for a quick week night dinner, but fancy enough to crack open a special bottle of wine. And delicious. 1/2 large butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1/2" chunks. 1/8 cup green olive oil. 1 tbl coarse sea salt. 1 tbl fresh cracked pepper. 6 bay leaves, roughly crumpled.
