The Summer company and a room renovation had me doing everything BUT gettin' creative! I was getting cranky! So last week I just HAD to get inky! I grabbed one of my custom Tim Holtz DIY ink pads and some stamps and stamped out just ONE sheet of cardstock. it felt SO good! A couple days later I decided I should turn that cardstock into some cards! Well that was SO much fun.

View my complete profile. Monday, January 7, 2013. Popped down to visit my Mom before the New Year. Went to a salvage warehouse. Check out the knobs I found. I decided to brighten it up and turn the front doors into chalkboards. I can doodle whatever I want on there! I know, I can't draw.]. I also painted the back of it with chalkboard paint. IF it ever ends up facing the kiddos playspace. They'll enjoy having a BIG chalkboard to doodle on too! That's a VERY good thing! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

It didn't seem like I could squeeze in any time to 'play'. Little did I know what February would bring. Dh was let go from his employment. We've had to make some major adjustments and trust that we will make do with what we have until a time that dh can secure another career. On to today's finally finished lo. So, here she is.
