A sampler of what I'm learning as I age with grace. A SNAPSHOT OF OLD AGE…. I wrote this last week but it took me awhile to process and edit. It is long for a blog but I decided to leave it in one piece. A DAY OF WAITING. I’m writing this on Tuesday evening after Ron’s prostate surgery (7/13/10). I am weary. I don’t mean I’m tired, I mean I am weary to the bone. Pretty amazing since I have been sitting and waiting most of the day! LIFE JUST SEEMS TO GET MORE COMPLICATED! GOD IS FAITHFUL AND CAN BE TRUSTED.

The trucks came from the opposite end of the street to get to the site. The noise was just out of earshot for us. We could occasionally walk down and view the changes on the building and enjoy watching the new school as it was built. It really didn’t affect us on a day-to-day level. Now that’s my kind of change! Old school partially demolished.

I have the same address except it is wordpress instead of blogger. I got tired of having so much trouble putting in photos. I still have to add my Christmas pictures, but when you read my entry, you will at least understand why I've been behind. I hope to be writing more soon but things may be erratic for awhile.

Seems there are lots of new calves that need to be tagged on the ranch, so sometimes the easiest way, is just to rope the stinker and put in the tag. As you can tell, momma wasn’t too happy!
