Sunday, September 5, 2010. It's Our Aniversary Today! And they have been good years. I wouldn't trade any of them. Sure have had our ups and downs during these years. I think our hardest trial was Stephen's heart surgery and all that has happened because of that. But I also see great blessings because of it. Blessings we never would have had without that trial. Thursday, October 4, 2012. So today I made my first loaf of french bread. Yes, I did. And.well.it tasted really good! I made a double batch and rolled it into one big loaf. It was as long as my big oversized cookie sheet. After raising for an hour it was too flat. So I pushed the outer edges toward the center of the loaf to make it a little higher. Sunday, December 22, 2013. It has been quite a while….again….since I last posted! No excuse. This has been a very good year for us. We've had our ups and downs, but we have survived and have been so thankful for the smooth stretches in our journey through the year. This Christmas Season finds us feeling joyful and very content.
