Monday, January 23, 2012. So ,the question is, What does winter mean to me? Here in the Midwest, it means cold and snowy. That was never truer, than last February. We got hit with a winter storm, where is snowed for 24 hrs straight. The total snowfall was somewhere just below 30 inches in that 24 hr period.
