Saturday, March 20, 2010. 3rd wk confinement food. 3rd week confinement food is about the same as 2nd. Breakfast is the same, lunch is mostly drunken rice wine chicken, caixin with goh qi zi, mei cha zhu rou, mee sua with fish soup etc. dinner black vinegar pig trotters, rice wine egg with ginger, steam fish. i am starting to get abit bored cause not much new dishes from this confinement aunty. Below is from me honestly. i think i am too accomodating, don't dare to tell off this confinement aunty, end up not enjoying. Don't know why i have been looking forward to this week. maybe because i don't really enjoy it at all. Sunday, March 7, 2010. 1st wk of confinement food. Below is what i have taken for 1st week of confinement. Sorry forget to take pictures again. Will try to take for next week onwards. 1)Shen Hua Soup(only can serve on 1wk after of delivery to get rid of blood clots in womb),. 2)Black Chicken Essence Soup(at night before sleep),. 3)Ba Zhen Soup (chicken soup with some of the herbal prepacked). Pork mee sua, Bread with fried egg, milo, chicken essence. Pork Mee sua, Fried rice. Veg stir-fry with pork.
