There were six guys, all handcuffed to each other, with six guards monitoring. They marched across the road, up the hill and into a school. I was causing a long traffic delay while watching in stunned disbelief. The thought that bugs me: why were they going into a school? Bring your dad to school day? Taking your life in your hands.
