Connecting through letters, notes and other scribbles. December 29, 2014 2 Comments. I received a love letter for Christmas. It was not the first time. I’ve been so fortunate (it’s totally a thing around here. The first time that one was delivered inside a vintage post box. That man of mine is adorable. Love letter postal theme repurposed materials = just my kind of present. (If you’re thinking it’s just your kind of present, too, a very limited supply is available from TnBC designs. Oh my gosh, that ant...

http://winniesgirl.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Pie Post / Winnie's Girl. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. You are the fairest one of all. Some outgoing letters and postcards. You can spy on the letter to Taradactyl the beginning slides of some film. I bought two rolls (and left behind many) at the IDEA store. This is the first time I've incorporated them into my mail art. I got the I love Libraries postcard from Dana, my awesome librarian friend. And the anteater postcard I bought from the artist a couple years ago at Boston College. Saturday, May 18, 2013.

Pie Post / Winnie's Girl. Thursday, August 8, 2013. I'm the kind of person whose postcards don't get sent until after the vacation. I came prepared with postcard stamps but then all the good postcards were the big ones that require regular postage. I'm not a big fan of that. But it did give me a chance to buy the new lighthouse stamps! Very into the theme. :). A letter to Limner also got sent out. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). DEFUNCT Adopt Penguin Books Postcards. Monday, 12 August 2013. My Grandma bought me a locket for my birthday from the super talented Magnolia. Magnolia and I met up and designed this one-off piece and I am thrilled with it. The two large canvas boards which were displayed in the village hall for the lunch afterwards. Both with her name on! I went out...

Monday, 8 April 2013. A bit of creative gossip! In some of the letters I've sent out today I've spoke about recent crafts so I thought I'd add some photos for you. I've done a couple of craft fairs recently which were great fun. Lottie came along too and everyone loves talking to her! Lots of Easter treats! Has anyone else been using washi tape in projects recently? I'd love to see if so! I washi taped these letters for Lottie's room. To get some more inspiration. The cream tea happened to be amazing too!

When writing is a form of escapism
When writing is a form of escapism. On an enigmatic journey called life and its travails in sheer poetry. Embracing the front, stabbing the back. A countenance of sweetness vast. A body of lies, a mind of a traitor. Shielding shadows of the past. Covered with the veil of innocence. Wearing the mask of hypocrisy. Her closet full of hidden skeletons. Twisted tales with sheer intricacy. Living in an ignorant, indifferent bliss. Tears that put crocodiles to shame. That smile worth a broken heart. चन्द&...

Scribbling hearts
Grasping life at the sweetest moments and scribbling hearts when its just too bitter. Friday, July 26, 2013. Time to say goodbye. My blogging days are gone. Once, I would be so passionate to blog and post my thoughts and views on things but nowadays, I don't even have the time to scroll through Facebook. Blogging has been a hobby of mine since I was 13. This is my 3rd blog. It has seen me through happy moments and the heartbreaking ones. Frivolous views and the ones that matter. Time to say goodbye.
