I was trying to come up with something new (well, for me) to give Anwyn's teacher for her birthday so decided on a little post-it-note holder and matching pen. Of course, it will be completely eclipsed by the chocolate covered fruit Anwyn insisted she needed, but it's the thought that counts ;-). Stamp Like A Moose. Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Nouveau Chic is sooooo pretty. This really is the most stunning paper I have seen. I didn't want to draw the attention away from it by stamping an image so stuck with the sentiment. I was even dithering about whether to add the sage embossed piece as the paper would truly stand on it's own. I may have to make a set of these cards as a gift so I can have some with just the paper. Stamp Like A Moose. Thursday, April 30, 2009. Not "new" but fun! Still no stamping time for me but I do have a couple of cards to share. My sister's 40th birthday was this week and so I can now share the cards I made for her. When I saw this Penny Black stamp (Chicks night out), I knew it was just perfect for the card! Penny Black Chicks night out, SU! Whisper White, Tangerine Tango, So SAffron, Old Olive textured, Chocolate Chip. Haiku DP (love this pattern! Stazon Black, SU! Markers in LOTS of colors.
