Sunday, July 19, 2015. A Hot Summer Weekend. This weekend we took another whirlwind trip to upstate New York for Kesha's wedding. The predicted thunderstorms held off and despite 90 degree heat and oppressive humidity, the wedding was beautiful, laid-back and lovely. There was no pretense or pomp and circumstance, just pure love, cold beer and outstanding barbecue. While the husband and I were busy sweating and schmoozing, Nathaniel hung out with Nana and Papa and had a play date with my cousin's daughter.
