Trying to Finish Well!: January 2013
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Trying to Finish Well! Thursday, January 03, 2013. What a weird, yet faithful journey God has taken us on since we left Portland last June. As it is said "hind sight is 20/20", however I would not trade the time we have spent in Idaho developing the relationship between my kids and parents. And the memories that we have made, spending time canning, freezing, and digging to get our pantries prepared for the following year. Posted by SKKD Lambing. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Trying to Finish Well!: September 2011
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Trying to Finish Well! Thursday, September 15, 2011. Schedules getting set, let the organized chaos begin! I've been walking every morning for at least an hour then home to do dishes or laundry. We've about got a reasonable schedule set for Shane's needed study time to make it through this semester. We are also praying that God shows us were we are to go after we are both done with school in May. As always should be interesting, and the finish line is in sight but may obstacles in the path.
Trying to Finish Well!: April 2012
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Trying to Finish Well! Thursday, April 12, 2012. As always it's remained busy for us this last month. We enjoyed a few days away from Portland at the end of March with Dawna, Kurt, and Girls; and Neva, Jason, Thomas, and Katherine. They are all getting so big, it was a treasure getting to spend time with all the nieces and nephew. Unfortunately, Kelli brought headlice home from school. Ugh! We are still battling this with the kids. I'm remaining vigilant. Posted by SKKD Lambing. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
Trying to Finish Well!: June 2012
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Trying to Finish Well! Tuesday, June 19, 2012. My family would get this reference; I wanted to listen to Johnny Horton "North to Alaska" but am listening to Jerry Reid "Eastbound and Down". Even though most of my family who frequently talks to my parents or to Shane and I know that we are moving to Idaho this coming Monday the 25th. It has been an amazing journey thus far in Portland and Multnomah and are excited to see how God is going to use us in the next phase of our Journey but in Idaho.
Trying to Finish Well!: July 2012
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Trying to Finish Well! Saturday, July 28, 2012. New spin on our journey! It was a rainy morning on the 23 of July, fortunately we had great neighbors and brother in-law who faced the torrential downpour to help us move boxes into the Uhaul. i. And could it be in the next 24 hours! So we packed the Van, said our goodbyes once again and Shane headed to North Dakota the night of the 5th. It has been an interesting month with Shane at work. The kids and I have been blessed by my Aunts, and Parents coming...
Trying to Finish Well!: West bound....
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2013/02/west-bound.html
Trying to Finish Well! Friday, February 22, 2013. It was a fun weekend and it made it clear to us that instead of being separated we should rent as quickly as possible and get the family joined again. Which we are doing. :-). Thank you for all the prayers and support. I shall miss Idaho, but it will be nice to have my husband home every night. Posted by SKKD Lambing. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Trying to Finish Well!: August 2011
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Trying to Finish Well! Friday, August 26, 2011. Playing Catch up with pictures. We were able to go camping again last Thursday-Saturday in Mt. Hood National Forest I'd say we finally found the perfect spot to go camping, it was secluded with limited number of people, lots of trees, no plugins or a spiket for water, we had to hand pump our water from a central location. It wasn't as refreshing as I'd like, but it was most enjoyable to enjoy the trees. Have a blessed rest of the month. Finish line in sight.

Trying to Finish Well!: We made it!
http://skkdlambing.blogspot.com/2012/05/we-made-it.html
Trying to Finish Well! Friday, May 18, 2012. Well we have made it through Shane's last semester of Seminary and my first semester! He is walking tonight to get his Masters of Divinity with an emphasis in Theological Studies. We honestly could not have done this without God walking beside us all the way and the support of Family, Friends, and the Faculty. Wow what a ride for 3 years! Here are some friends of ours Armae who started with Shane and is finishing, she's a great young lady full of God!
