Life Is a Beautiful Struggle. Dealing with spondylolisthesis and future L5-S1 fusion. 4 months post op lumbar fusion. Prior to all the other health concerns, I was doing pretty well. My back was stronger than it had been in a long time. I had lost 20 pounds and was feeling pretty dang good.
