Monday, January 23, 2006. Jazz, part 2. I don't have any new pictures to post, just wanted to report in with the status of the marathon sweater, Jazz. Due to a little wager with TS I worked diligently on it over the weekend and made some good headway. The sleeve and side seams are all sewn and I'm halfway finished the collar. After that I just need to fold and sew the collar and front edges and knit the i-cord. So really, any day now. Posted by yoyogirl at 10:56 AM. Monday, January 16, 2006. Jazz, part 1.

Sammy Davis, Junior, Junior.: November 2006
http://sdjrjr.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Sammy Davis, Junior, Junior. Thursday, November 30, 2006. New digs. Yeah. That's right, no more burbs for me. Yay! The move was short, the move-in was LONG AND PAINFUL. Though, things have settled down and I am almost ready to spend hours on my ass playing video games again wondering if there is something else worth doing. While getting back into the groove of reading worthless shit online I stumbled across this. Music: Society Of Rockets. Movie: The Big Lebowski. Posted by Vincent at 9:44 PM. The bright...

Started Physical Therapy(Half way to 30.). Found a new wine from Girardet Vinyards in Oregon, it's the 2003 Grand Rouge. YUMMY. Had a wonderful birthday party with friends I don't usually see. Drank far too much. Saw Harvey Danger twice, at Neumo's and Red Hook. Celebrated a good friends birthday two weeks before mine. Links to this post.

Sammy Davis, Junior, Junior.: September 2006
http://sdjrjr.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
Sammy Davis, Junior, Junior. Wednesday, September 20, 2006. While waiting for my yummy roasted beef to finish, drinking decaf coffee, being a nerd, I came across a cool link in a story. If you don't read El Reg and have any interest in the "tech" industry I strongly recommend checking these blokes out. Most of their writing has that dry/witty feeling that keeps me coming back to the original Office. So what if it's overkill. That'd be the best 20k I've ever spent. Posted by Vincent at 8:14 PM. The good n...

Two Sticks: March 2006

Friday, March 31, 2006. Ode to Starsky and Hutch. Over the weekend a friend of mine asked me if I could make him a sweater just like the one that Starsky wore. We discussed the possibilities, and decided that we'd get going on it in the fall when it was more comfortable to be handling heavy wool. The funny thing about this request. his name is Hutch. Posted by yoyogirl at 8:37 AM. Friday, March 24, 2006. I went to the Madrona Fiber Arts Winter Retreat. Stalker. They have a ton of unique blends in all...

Monday, May 01, 2006. Who said spinners can't get crazy? I just subscribed to a magazine called Wild Fibers. And as part of the subscription I got a coupon for a free ounce of Buffalo Gold. Roving. It's so very scrumptious I can hardly contain myself. I mean seriously, can't you just tell how ridiculously soft it is just from the picture? Posted by yoyogirl at 8:37 PM. Socks are fun. Socks are quick. Socks are warm. Socks are really friggin addictive! I picked up a ball of Socks That Rock. While I was kn...
