Friday, February 10, 2006. The deadline for planning the next presentation is less than a week away. We're all busy at our placements but spare a bit of time for this task. It would be brilliant if we are all up to date by the 17th and ready to show how well we can do this. So lets get those thinking caps on! Posted by Julie @ 11:18 PM. Wednesday, February 08, 2006. Life after the presenation. Oh well, the internal presenation is over and boy did we learn some serious lessions. Posted by Julie @ 11:31 PM.

Monday, January 30, 2006. One more day to go before the presentation. Everything is finally coming together (we hope). This is a great opportunity to practice all the skills we have learned and for Becky and Michelle to have a go at their first presentation. At the moment the nerves seem fine but who knows about on the day, The one thing I am sure of this that we will support each other and hopefully sell the idea of blogging to our audience. The projects ive visited as well have been interesting to visit because now I know were these organations are what exactly they do which will be useful for the future. The training ive received has been excellent and very useful even though, in some training sessions I felt I haven’t got a clue what everyone was talking about couldn’t imagine how I could take all the information in and remember it all? Or were your from? Posted by sian @ 2:50 PM.

Friday, October 28, 2005. After all the sleepness nights, all the planning, all the panic attacks, the weather has beaten us. The ground where we are going to be planting is saturated and is going to cut up as soon as people start to walk on it, let alone start digging it up. Frantic phone calls have been made to all concerned which did mean that i got to find out that the volunteers are pleased too. some said they would have come no matter but are pleased it will be moved to another day. Maybe one of us...

Thursday, December 08, 2005. Its been a while but im finally blogging again. The reason for this is that yesterday, the 7th, Ty Tawe put on a good spread for all the tutors and the learners. All of the food was prepared and cooked by volunteers and theres even some left over. 100 people attended all within 2 hours, all squeezing onto 1 floor. Thats how i felt. Posted by Geth at 9:46 am.
