Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Today is my Birthday! Today is the day I turn 26. Although I'm not too thrilled about being 26, I still love my birthday. I went to work today which was a bit of a bummer but wasn't too bad. I had a nice surprise when I walked back into my office when I stepped out for a minute. Sunday, January 6, 2008. So, I've been really beind on my posts so I will try to catch up! Last Friday (December 28) I went to SF with my 2 cousins and my auntie. Monica had a doctor appointment so we decided to take advantage of the city and do some shopping after her appt. We had luch at Pete's Deli, across from Mt Zion Hospital. We have been eating there for about 2 years now whenever we accompany Monica to her treatments. They have the best food! Despite our reason for the trip, it was a good time!

Monday, September 1, 2008. Dyanna and I decided to go up to San Francisco for a night. But our nice getaway started out on a bad note. We made a pit stop in Los Banos and when we returned to the car to head to SF my car would NOT start! So here we are in the Target parking lot with a car that would not start. Needless to say, we freaked out! A nice man jumped started my car and told us to drive to Kragen. It turned out my battery was dead. Not just dead but leaking acid! Our room was SO tiny!

Don't even ask how much it costed to get him out, ugh. You know how they say that when you're on a fast, after 3 or 4 days you're not hungry anymore? Well that is a big fat lie. I was kind of upset because when I weighed myself on Saturday morning I had only lost about 1/2 a lb, but this morning I lost 2 lbs. That makes a total weight loss of 12 lbs in 7 days :-).
