Wednesday, March 10, 2010. So last night I attended my first adoption class. Our situation with our girls is so unique due to the fact that we were given our daughters and now we are adopting them. So I have been reading any resources I can get and doing my best to care for and understand my children, especially my 4 year old. As I walked up the steps to the building where the class was I fully felt God with me and I knew I was entering a sovereign moment that I wouldn't ever forget. I chuckled to myself.

Thursday, March 27, 2008. This lovely cosmos grew in my front yard two years ago. Right now, Daffodils and Hyacinth have emerged, but everything else is somewhere in the color range of grey and brown. I still haven't cleaned out the dead foliage from last year. Nor did I plant the garlic last fall like I was supposed to. Still, regardless of all the tasks I haven't. Done, I always feel welcome in my garden. No one is there to remind me of my slacking on my "duties." That's why I love the garden.
