SDS show journals and band news. Monday, February 23, 2004. Wow, my first blog.isn't this exciting? Technically, I'm at work and should.you know.work or something. But, that's neither here nor there. Anyways, the show at The Backroom was a serious blast. I'll have to admit that I was a bit nervous 'cause Maggie and Sarah were in Europe for so long, but everything worked out as it should. Met some awesome people and even had some friends show up from Dallas (Thanks little one! Capital H-O-double T, HOTT!

We both stood up first try, and maggie even caught alittle air. it was alot of fun, and hopefully we'll get to go again. then today i won tickets to The Blue Man Group from 101X.sweet. maggie and I had been thinking about shelling out the money to go, but now we don't have to. SDS show journals and band news. Monday, January 30, 2006. With the invention of Myspace, it makes the band website kind of obsolete. I wonder if anyone even looks at these blogs anymore. I'd say I might be wasting my time, but I think if nothing else, when I'm 50 it'll be fun to go back and reread.assuming that these blogs are still there. Anyway, we're in Europe again. It's a contemporary version of the ballet that's known for the swans being all men instead of women. we had obstructed view nosebleed seats, but it was still pretty great. awesome costumes, and hooray for not falling asleep! Amity invited me to camping with her and some coworkers this weekend, so we drove 4 hours out of NYC to Glen Ricketts State Park. the drive there was beautiful, and once we arrived, we hiked around, built fires, ate hot dogs, drank beer and froze our butts off! The hikes were really nice. it had just rained a ton, so the 21 waterfalls were at their best, and the leaves were all changing color. not bad for a bunch of city girls. My friends and me.

We went to Coney Island today - it wasn't really hot enough to get in the water, but we hung out on the beach for a while, then rode the Wonder Wheel and ate funnel cake on the boardwalk.
