The campaign to elect Vickie Butcher to City Council is a grass roots effort. We have received no large donations from developers or others with agendas in El Cajon. Almost all of the work has been accomplished with volunteer efforts. Every day possible, Vickie and a group of committee members meet and walk the neighborhoods of El Cajon to campaign for her election.
