This is another example of you not getting what you paid for when you bought your house at the Estates of Sea Chase. Standing water causes damage to your house, the driveway, and to your lawn, requiring additional expenses to maintain your property. On top of that, you are forced to buy flood insurance in an area where flooding should not have been a concern. To post a comment.
