Das beginnt mit den klassischen gesprochenen Wetterberichten via Radio über Wetterkarten aus dem Internet bis hin zu individuellen, auf den Törn abgestimmten Vorhersagen per SMS. Kostenpflichtige Navigationsprogramme gibt es mehrere, die für den Freizeit-Skipper in Frage kommen, die Preise bewegen sich von ca. 200 Euro an aufwärts.
