Tuesday, January 10, 2017. I remember having Salmon cakes for dinner from the time I was a little girl. My Mom made them often. I'm sure I spent years of my picky childhood believing that they were chicken, lol. but I always really enjoyed them! My favorite side was elbow macaroni mixed with tomato soup. yum! But we did have salmon cakes and had them often, and its a food I share a lot with my children! The other day I found a recipe for them that called for baking them in the oven! What a brilliant idea!

Wednesday, September 7, 2016. We are always so ready for school to start by the time September rolls around. Although our family really enjoys summer, sleeping in, staying up late and hanging out in inflatable pools in the back yard- we were all ready for some routine and to start a new school year! Throughout the month I want to share our basic home school schedule, our routines, some of the things we enjoy using and just kind of invite you into our days as home schoolers! Preschooler, and a 4th Grader!
