March 28, 2015. So we are going to chalk that up as a week off for me getting off track, and then 2 more following an injury and doctors orders for no activity. I am back in action this week, and I am working out harder than I ever have! I had an amazing day yesterday, and walked 26,000 steps (17km). I have been competing in fitbit challenges which was been super fun and motivating! Helps me keep moving! And last but not least, I added a treadmill to my home gym this week!
