Independent news and views from Seaton, Devon. Thursday, 23 June 2011. Water pressure has dropped in Seaton. Water pressure has dropped dramatically in Seaton in the last couple of days. I have friends in Beer Road and other areas of the town who have all noticed it. Is it a coincidence that Tesco is using massive amounts of water to spray on the seed it is putting on its site?
