Once upon a time (21 July 2011 to be exact) triplet girls were born at Nkhoma Hospital. It was difficult to care for all three and many of the hospital staff helped her to feed them formula, with syringes. I've decided knitting is essential to my mental health, and I'm really glad I've been able to get back to it. Throw in a cup of coffee or a glass of wine (depending on the time of day!
