Home Social Sailing. For all programme dates. Events are purely recreational, providing enjoyable sailing for all levels of windsurfing ability. This year there will be the customary holiday in Brittany. In July, and possibly a week at Minorca Sailing in October. Will be the 6th - 9th June, Calshot. Dates not yet confirmed, and Weymouth. 149; Venue Information. 149; Grafham Water. Grafham Water is a justifiably renowned sailing and windsurfing location and regularly attracts one of the largest Seavets fleets of the season. There is ample parking and a large grassy rigging area directly by the launch area, a large club room with showers etc and a cafeteria. 149; Venue Information. 149; Mersea Island. Sun 21st - Thur 25th August 2016. A social sailing venue with great potential, come and join us, for a day or a few days. This year we plan to complete the island rounding on Monday 22nd if conditions permit. Mersea Island is about 30 miles northeast of the M25 Jnt 28 /A12 intersection, and just south of Colchester in Essex. Seavets Membership

Membership is open to anyone over 35 years old. Subscriptions at present are 12 per household. An entry fee of £15 is charged at each racing event, a proportion of which is usually donated to our supported charity. Six are published each year, and can be sent as paper copy or electronic (pdf) format. Seavets members can obtain £4 discount on windsurf board insurance. Vouchers are sent by Ruth Trace.
