Open Letters: May 2015. Dear Driver of a mid-2000s BMW 3 Series Aggressively Weaving in and out of Traffic on I-70 this Morning,. The day started like any other. We were all cruising down the highway to hell, making our morning commute. I give him a nod as I pass. He sips out of a Starbucks cup as he does every morning. Open Letters: July 2014. There is a pond/reflecting pool at my university. I write pond slash. A group of kids sat on the steps and cackled over a YouTube video. It got such a reception that the computer science major with the tablet decided to show it again, and then an encore for a late-comer. I can't resent him for it. Open Letters: August 2015. Dear Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs,. I was watching Jurassic World. A little while ago, enjoying Chris Pratt's improbable transformation from the pudgy village idiot in Parks and Rec. To the ripped, rebellious protagonist of a film in which he leads a pack of dinosaurs as the alpha velociraptor. I also noticed something else. Jurassic World. Made patently obvious a simple Hollywood formula that I should have picked up on long ago, but somehow hadn't until that moment in the theater.
