I spy with my little eye: Bali it is
http://sayacintaorangutan.blogspot.com/2010/10/bali-it-is.html
I spy with my little eye. Tall tales from my daily life. Selasa, 05 Oktober 2010. I am on 5-weeks teacher training at Denpasar, Bali. When I tell/write friends this, somehow attention is drawn to the last word, which is "Bali" (Then followed by an urgently important message: bring me some souvenirs! The truth is, "teacher training" takes most of the place and no, I'm not really on holiday. Still, I do my best to make it feel like one. Traininge kok neng IALF? Asik o 5 minggu neng bali.endi souvenirku?

I spy with my little eye: Agustus 2010
http://sayacintaorangutan.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
I spy with my little eye. Tall tales from my daily life. Minggu, 22 Agustus 2010. I dream of Vietnam. Due to huge success (for coming back home one piece) in the first travel across East Java. I decided to make its sequel: "Travel 2: Vietnam feat. Seb and bunch of his friends (and second cousin)". I had no single đồng. I don't even remember how many people were there, but it was quite a nice bilingual che-drink party. Johnny had left for Cambodia. We continued to Nha Trang, a beach city in the northe...

I spy with my little eye: Oktober 2010
http://sayacintaorangutan.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
I spy with my little eye. Tall tales from my daily life. Jumat, 22 Oktober 2010. Eat (good foods), Pray (that I have enough money to afford my holiday), Love (Bali). I've stayed at Denpasar for almost 4 weeks now and I have a few stories to tell. But since I put everything off until now, those stories are getting stale. I'll write it anyway. Three weeks ago I went to Ubud to visit Ubud Writers & Readers festival. I thought we want to experience something different, not just visit places in order to take ...

I spy with my little eye: Februari 2014

I spy with my little eye. Tall tales from my daily life. Rabu, 26 Februari 2014. How to be French. In order to make the most of my staying in France, I totally immersed myself in its culture; notably by spending lots of time drinking, partying and playing 'social games' (who can think of any other stuff that is more French than these anyway? So this is probably a real guide to a French real-life experience (yeah, you bet), not. Merely skims its haute cuisine. So to be French, one must:. Live through a st...

I spy with my little eye: East Java, from my little eyes
http://sayacintaorangutan.blogspot.com/2010/06/east-java-from-my-little-eyes.html
I spy with my little eye. Tall tales from my daily life. Sabtu, 12 Juni 2010. East Java, from my little eyes. I was so excited that I heartily boarded to a wrong train going to Jakarta! I once got a wrong train in France but at that time I understood nothing in French. This time I had no excuse since the announcement is in Indonesian and Semarang only has 2 (two) main platforms. One is going east, another is west. How wrong you could be? My feet are like those of jellyfish's). I don't remember when is th...

I spy with my little eye: Maret 2010
http://sayacintaorangutan.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
I spy with my little eye. Tall tales from my daily life. Minggu, 14 Maret 2010. People say that keeping some notes about our feeling, thinking and opinions will give us more understanding about ourselves. This is a note from my final days after working for a year in Papua. I have some other notes from my journal that I would like to share. I'm now digging to my old diaries and scrapbooks in case I find anything interesting. I'm going to start with this one first. I'll publish them soon in this blog.

I spy with my little eye: Effortlessly Content (at last)
http://sayacintaorangutan.blogspot.com/2010/12/effortlessly-content-at-last.html
I spy with my little eye. Tall tales from my daily life. Minggu, 05 Desember 2010. Effortlessly Content (at last). If you happened to read the previous post, I just want to tell that I did go to Lombok and dive in The Gilis. I also visited Mount Merapi afterwards, although I'm too lazy to write the details. What confused me was that I didn't feel great at the end. I've done everything that I am excited about, yet I was restless to be back to Semarang. Or why Spongebob is yellow? I want to talk about stuf...
