Who is David Conrad. Since 2000, David has been a Senior Instructor with JFK Partners/Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and a consultant on secondary trauma for the Colorado Division of Child Welfare. As a consultant, he has assisted Colorado child welfare workers with their acute trauma while providing trauma prevention training. In 2012, he began replicating the consulting work he does in Colorado with child protection staff in North Dakota and Wyoming.
