Yes, this was a low point for the 1,200 lb Lang 60″ Smoker. Beef Brisket (Slabs): 38.9 lbs [6 briskets]. Boston Butt (Pork Shoulder): 43.5 lbs [6 butts]. Chicken Wings: 2.5 lbs.
