Friday, February 13, 2009. Headliner Install - Part II. Did a quick test to make sure I hooked everything up correctly:. The next step was to install the missing brace for the headliner which Neil had helped me fabricate. The original braces (and other tabs) were installed using Bondo. Instead of Bondo I mixed up a small kit of white Marine-Tex and fitted the new brace in place:. The extra wiring hanging down is for the speakers I will be installing on Sunday. This one is da white. This would be the bamboo veneer. So I goes to Ed, Marc and David, and they sez to me about ' SECOND WAVE' in Fremont. A used (junk) shop for boat parts. I find me this double hinged Yacht cabinet door. $20, why not? I got a hinge with Screw Post's in a brass finish from Stone Way in Ballard.
