Not the stellar results I would have liked, but between a week of travel and being sick as a dog (still) I'm pretty happy. No More Mama Cow. Tuesday, April 21, 2009. No loss. No gain. A couple of noteworthy things this week:. NS food arrived about mid-way through the week. Still trying to adjust. All 4 of us got sick this week and I've been on meds that have made my stomach VERY upset. So, eating healthy was not top priority. Had to shorten week by 1 days. The important thing is that I'm still moving forward, despite everything that is going on around me. When I weighed in this morning I was pleased to see 204.5. No More Mama Cow. Sunday, May 10, 2009. Week 4 and 5. Week 4 was zero. Week 5 was a 1 pound gain. I'm hitting that point where I lose the drive to do this. It seems there's something that always comes up to interfere with my goal - Mikey's surgeries, travel for work, sickness - you name it. Okay, I admit it.
