Knitting.Frogging.Knitting. Oops. Here I go again. Tuesday, November 20, 2007. My HSS2 package went owl post to my swap pal Lily Ravenclaw. A week after the deadline. I received word it arrive safely. My pal continues to dilligently work on her sock transfiguration spell for my socks. She refuses to open my package until her package is complete. Very admirable. So I will hold off on my reveal pics so I don't spoil her surprise. This is one of the un-progress pics. Package weighted about 5 lbs.

Thursday, June 30, 2005. Misc Stuff, Knitting and what-not. How can a person calculate where to begin with the matching sock? And in my haste to start the 2nd sock, I accidentally snipped the yarn and now I am at the knot that DH tied before we wound the yarn.now I need to graft the yarn together *or something like that*: don't want a knot in a sock, for crying out loud! Knit it in black, please. Saturday, February 14, 2009. Funny, it doesn't remind me of Jamaica. This was a pretty fun knit. Size 10 needles and short rows made for some mindless knitting, which is what I needed. I really love the Cathay I used, it is nice and soft. I now have a single ball of red left, what to make? Doing that and checking the feedback. (Most advised to choose another yarn that's less busy and with less halo). I'm facing the fact and shall find a more suitable project for that beautiful yarn.
