Activities that transpire after system installation. Need for Technical Support. After installation there is still lots to do. Usually there are more database entries to be made. System objects need to be properly configured and fine-tuned so the system works just so. One-line diagrams need to be created and mapped onto I/O point database for real time updating and interactivity. Also, as times goes by, utility employees come and go.
