March 5, 2014. MTU mismatch when trying to configure OSPF with VLAN tagging between Checkpoint/Cisco and Juniper. If you try to configure on 10G interfaces OSPF between Juniper and Checkpoint/Cisco and you use VLAN tagging, this is the MTU values that you should use:. MTU = 9000 bytes 14 bytes (OSPF) 4 bytes (VLAN tagging) = 9018. If you forget to add 4 bytes for VLAN tagging, you will see in logs that OSPF will not be established because of MTU mismatch. January 12, 2015. Delete cache for Remmina. If you have issues connecting to your Windows machine using Remmina, probably one solution is to delete the cache for that particular connection. Go to this file ( /.freerdp/known hosts) and delete the line containing the machine that you cannot access. Save the file and try again to connect using Remmina. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
