Sunday, July 28, 2013. Training for NYC Marathon. I've been accepted into the NYC Marathon by way of the 9 1 entry. I ran 9 races in 2012 and volunteered for one. This will be the first marathon that I will train for without a Team In Training. I'm a little nervous, of course. Today, I ran 6 miles for the first time in months. It was very hard but worth it.
