To use gardening as a creative, healthy activity to foster independence, improve motor skills and strengthen self-esteem and independence for the Care Homes residents, as well as improve the beauty of their immediate environment. Creation of small-scale gardens at each of the Care Homes that provide sensory stimulation and edible plants and herbs for the Care Homes residents to enjoy.
