A View from Surgical Eye Expeditions International. A view from Surgical Eye Expeditions International. After another seven hour flight, I’m now in Singapore Changi Airport and arrived at 2:30 am (local time). It’s more like a mall than an airport. It has it’s own hotel, shopping district, theatre, and various beautiful botanical gardens – koi ponds litter the various gates. Oh, I took some time out to relax and watch the soccer match too.
