Saturday, July 12, 2008. We're soarin'. Flyin'. There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach. Our performance tonight was better than last night. The weather has turned cool again and it is nice. The temperature when the pageant started was mid 70’s and there was a nice breeze blowing in. All the kids did great and we had a lot of fun. Tuesday, July 8, 2008. BOOM, BOOM……. These are the sounds I heard at 3:00am this morning. It just kept raining and raining and raining until about 7:00 this morning. We even got some steady drips during our practice at the outdoor stage earlier. Eventually, the directors decided to move everyone to the Nauvoo High school for the remainder of the rehearsal. It was nice to dance around without getting drenched by rain or sweat. :). Just keep that in mind, ok? PS Opening Night is on Friday!
