Notes: nice easy run. it was kinda cold though. Wednesday, Day 27 - 6 miles. Pace: (warm 4mi@9:38 cool). Notes: don't let all my "running is great" rhetoric fool you. when you're in the moment you hate running with every atom in your body. today was no exception. Saturday, Day 28 - 6.6 miles. Week - 14.6. All - 116.22.

I have a lot of positive and negative emotions about my first half. I trained for my half for about two months. The race was downhill so I set a goal of 3 hrs, but now looking back at my training a 3 hr finish was really pushing it. Somewhere between mile 12-13 I started running again.
