DMLBT All State Audition Clinic. Will Baker is a California-born, Chicago-based musician who loves playing low brass instruments. Will is currently the Bass Trombonist with both. The Des Moines Symphony. He is a founding member of the Des Moines Low Brass Triumvirate (DMLBT). Which has started a Low Brass movement in Iowa by performing in schools and hosting educational workshops. In the summer of 2015, he joined the faculty of the Fredericksburg Brass Institute. Where he met composer Robert Tindle.
