Bibb Lettuce Salad with Pecans, Blue Cheese, and Pears. I decided this recipe needed a little meat so I added some cubed rotisserie chicken cooked at the grocery store. The dressing was disappointing. I thought the fancy vinegar would have made this sweeter. Next time I will add some sugar to it. July 20, 2012. Back to the Table.
