Confessions of a lazy self-indulged mom. December 22, 2009 at 4:35 am. As I mentioned in my first post, there are so many things that I don’t like about myself. That I am lazy, and will always take the easy route. My weight, I need to lose 100lbs. My spending habits, we pay the bills but save nothing for the future. For being lazy, I am only going to work on one thing, and that is to stop asking Jordan to get me things…if I need a drink, a snack, check on Joseph at bedtime then I will get up myself!

Confessions of a lazy self-indulged mom. December 30, 2009 at 4:48 am. Yesterday I sat down, wrote out my meal plan and set out to go get my groceries. Usually grocery shopping is pretty stressful for me because I never know what amount the cashier is going to tell me. Sometimes I spend $200 on groceries(for up to two weeks) sometimes under 100, but usually it is right around $130-150. OI! Ok so back to my success story! Now that made me just fly back to my car, I was so so happy! 1 Comment Add your own.

Inspiring cooking in every home. Chicken and pumpkin korma. October 11, 2012. The kids love this korma recipe and it’s a great way to start introducing stronger curry flavours to our fussy eaters. The pumpkin breaks down and makes the sauce thick and creamy and adds even more sweetness to the already sweet korma curry. 1 large onion, finely chopped. 1/2 butternut pumpkin, diced 1cm. 500g chicken thighs, diced 1cm. 2 tbsp Korma paste (I use Pataks).
