My Friday consisted of a lot of running around which resulted in me falling asleep in the staff room at the child care centre, whoops! After the Seinfeld episode finished, I had a long shower and scrubbed my hair clean. The hair near my forehead was covered in cement, dried hairspray and sweat; charming right? Self recovery from depression. Recovery; fallen from fitness. June 30, 2013. After my nap I decided to go on my hiking trail again. It was a nice day even though the wind was extremely harsh today. As I was walking down the rock paths on the hike, I could feel my body sway from side to side as a result of the wind pushing behind me as if it was trying to make me fall!
